This Service allows you to have your songs mixed & (or) mastered by a professional mix (or) Mastering Engineer and obtain downloads of the mixed & mastered songs “tracks” from either our e-mail, wetransfer, dropbox or website.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via our website or e-mail, your information is protected both online and offline. This includes your audio files, name, phone number, address, email and any other info you may send us. We do not use any kind of tracking cookies. We also safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, through access control procedures, network firewalls and physical security measures.

This website contains material which is owned by us, licensed to us, or consent was given to use it. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, audio files and graphics. Reproduction is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

Payments:

Payment must be made in full before any work on your material.

For online payments, PayPal, or credit or debit card is accepted.

Samples: 

We provide a collection of audio samples of our work. The samples provided have been Mixed and (or) Mastered to the clients specific tastes and liking. The samples are not how every project will sound. If you hear something you don’t like, just remember you have complete direction of how every aspect of your projects sound.

Uploading Material: 

We provide instructions on how to properly prepare and send your material for our Mixing and Mastering services. The client is responsible for following these directions Before uploading any material. When using our services the client is responsible for the following:

• The quality of the recorded material.
• The quality of one and two track instrumentals.
• Correct preparation of any material sent for mixing and (or) mastering.
• Arrangement and layout of vocals and instruments.
• Ensuring all audio files needed for the service ordered are included.
• Ensuring the material has been prepared and sent correctly.
• Ensuring all notes and requests are included in detailed documentation.
• Ensuring all spelling for the song name, artist name and other credits is correct.
• Ensuring contact information is provided and spelled correctly.
• Ensuring cover art and ISRC data is included (if available).
• Copyrights for any uploaded material.
• Ownership and rights of all uploaded material.

If the clients material is not prepared or sent correctly it will either not be accepted or the services will be rendered using the material provided they way it is received.

Turnaround Time:

For Mixing & Mastering, your mix and master will be completed by the end of the scheduled day. Current turnaround time is to receive your FIRST Mix & Master for review, completion of this service depends on how many revisions are needed after you review your first mix & mastered song. The files will be packaged and delivered by e-mail, wetransfer or dropbox in a high quality WAV file.

Revisions:

Each mixing package includes unlimited revisions.

• The revisions phase is designed for minor adjustments to what was mentioned in the original mixing form.
• Turn around for revisions are 5 business days (Though are sometimes delivered sooner depending on the studio schedule)

Below are the details of what IS and IS NOT included in your allowed revisions

What is covered:

• Adjustments to instructions mentioned on the mixing form, that perhaps aren’t exactly how you envisioned them
• You’d like the volume of an instrument and/or vocal adjusted.
• You’d like effects adjusted (i.e. more reverb, less delay)

What is NOT covered:

• Does not include adding any new instruction that was not mentioned in the original Mixing Form
• Does not include arrangement changes: Things like creating drops, stop effects and mutes
• New file submissions are not included (Vocal files or instrument files)

You have up to 5 days from the time we send your mix to request any free revisions. After each revision, you have 2 days to request another free revision. After the said days, your project is considered complete and you can no longer have the option to use any free revisions.

Mix & Master approval:

Once you approve your main mix & mastered song, there is no longer the option to have anything changed in the mix.

2 Mixes – Radio & Extended option:

You can buy the option. Then export the 2 versions you’ve edited.

Storage:

After your project is completed, the material you’ve sent to us will be deleted from our systems 10 days after. After this point, revisions, radio edits, instrumental exports, performance exports, acapella exports and processed stem exports will no longer be an available option to purchase for the specific song. Unless you re-send your material and have the song mixed and (or) mastered again.

Sales and Discounts:

We sometimes offer sales and discounts for our services. These sales are only available for a limited time.

Refund Policy:

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the mix.

We believe in keeping our customers happy. If you are unsatisfied with your results we are willing to make any small changes and adjustments free of charge. If you really don’t like our work, we’ll give you your money back, no questions asked.

Understanding and Responsibility:

Client is responsible for reading and understanding the entire terms and conditions and refund policies. Client is also responsible for overviewing the FAQ page and making sure all questions and concerns are answered before making an order at https://levelupmymix.com.

By making payment at https://levelupmymix.com, the client states they have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
